Checklist for writing a support E-Mail:
- Choose an appropriate subject, do not choose something like "not working", better would be something
like "ERROR MESSAGE: when trying to X"
- Include the exact steps that led to the problem. This may look like "after logging in and solving the
captcha I was redirected to a shortlink, but when being redirected back I encounterd X"
- Include your EC-UserId
- Include the full URL on which the bug occured
- If possible include a screenshot
